All these guys seem to look SO much better than Phil months out. Then, on the day of the show, its like looking at someone else--they look nothing like their previous pictures.

They could be old pics, but just posted recently on instragram.

Pretty sure he is offseason currently and if those pics were from last Olympia prep its clear he over carbed (again) as his legs never looked that dry on stage yet!!
