Che, it depends how you define karma. I don't believe there is some cosmic force (karma) guiding X to happen to "get back" at someone for making a rude comment.
I believe in karma in the sense of social reciprocity. If you're a jerk to people, then people will be a jerk to you back--I am using Karna in metaphorical terms. But it's really just based on social reciprocity.
In that sense, if Jago makes fun of Parkinson's, then develops it, and people make fun of him, he then has no right to complain about being made fun of. I don't make fun of people with diseases/disorders/disabilities because if it ever happens to me, I'd rather receive the same support I offered others.
