Your doing half ass good get the reps with your current weight your lifting up to 15reps of so you would be doing good or a 375bench 550-600 deadift 500lb squat if you surpass them numbers training for muscle you should look damn good there all within reach but your doing pretty good your really close. Once you can bench 315 a few reps and deadlift 500 a few times your there for the most part. Google John o reagen steroids cycles and get on one you would be pro in no time jk but not jk to

https://www.t-nation.com/training/the-best-damn-workout-plan-for-natural-liftersit basically says that foe naturals frequency is better than volume, which waa odd for me but i switched my regiment after reading this article. used to work out 6 days, individual split, one rest ( 3 work out, rest then 3 again etc) doing 6-8 (3 sets, 8-12 reps each)exercizes on individual b9dy parts (chest, back, legs/calves, shoulders/traps, abs, arms) for around an hour, but the article says that it actually hinders muscle growth for natties to do that much volume which i have done for about 2 years.
i switched to 7 day workout (rest days when i feel my cns overload) doing chest/tris (3-4 exercizes 3 sets 8 reps to maximize hypertrophy), legs/shoulders (same), back/bis (same), abs/cardio (6-8 exercizes like my old program, cardio being HIIT). eat a lot, sleep well.
how would you say that is? the article states (or part 2 of the article) that the best program is PPL for natties and only 1 exercize per body part in order to maximize frequency but i dont fully agree with that but i will try it after this program. i am a gym junkie, i just cant jive with one exercize for a muscle or muscle group, it infuriates me.
