Wes im currently 6.0 235 have recently had a lot of health problems trying to regain lost muscle . Im on a gram of test im trying to regain strength first and muscle I truly don't know what my goals are. I just intend on getting really big again quick im going to add dbol in a week or so then tren after that . Then I will see. Where. I am. I have only been able to walk again 4 months . But am doing good just fighting against time . I know I wll be there by June . Im just doing very basic training compound lifts with a power rack dip bars and land mine set up in my garage. I want to be lean enough then add slin gh and up the does. I haven't decided how heavy I will let myself get yet probably 275-300 I intend to accomplish this by the middle of summer. I'll put pics once I regain muscle get lean. Im just now starting to look like I lift again
