watsup with Mike o hearns face?

Normally see the guy in photos so he doesn't look too weird but on video there's something strange going on with his face

Never really taken notice of this guy, but that face is fucked up. So much surgery by the looks of it. :-X

What's wrong with his face? Isn't the guy close to 50 yrs. old? The guy looks incredible. Can you post a pic of you so we can what a "non strange" face looks like?

He acts like a teenager, this happens when you don’t care about anything else in life but muscles, kinda pathetic ... i mean it’s nothing wrong with maintaining a great body but looking for validation from strangers and internet, dude’s a personified vanity  ::)

Holly shit, now that's bodybuilding. Dude's in an insane condition/shape. I don't see much wrong with that face either, just your typical sunken in cheeks, a tell tale sign of being in contest shape, other than that I think he looks better than most 30-35yo guys that I know..

I beg to differ. His life revolves around this stuff. He is a model/personality/celeb/actor or something. He needs to be lean and "young". The only thing I think is "odd". How come a guy like him dosent have a family and stuff? Not dissing, but if his into guys, should be out of the closet.

I showed my girlfriend who administers Botox and fillers the video. She says botox in the forehead and filler in the cheeks. Also mentioned obvious steroid use.

Dude is in shape 365 days a year, can step on stage at any time, compare that to most bodybuilders who look like meatballs all year up until about 3-4 weeks before the Olympia.

He's got a personality disorder (extreme narcissism/compulsive liar...etc).
He probably struggles to form proper relationships/bonds with other people. His dog(s) have become his "family".
