I would probably remove the rock from that list. The amount of hollywood movies he gets as well as exposure while not being politically "cucked" is quite remarkable. Think about it.

Jason Blaha is a fucking joke. Dudes the white version of the black Vince the posts here with the lame videos or is it the other way around... either way, nobody respect them takes either one of them seriously.

I don't know which Bell is which, Mark Bell? or his brother? (forget his name) but brother with eyes that bug-out and cookie-monster teeth annoys the shit out of me. Every time he's on camera he has to make reference to something gay at least once every 5minutes.. Gay jokes, something about penises, etc... I don't get it, but it's annoying as fuck.

Larry wheels is a 20 yr powerlifter who just broke the 250 what ever weight all time total good kid I don't know who talks about John medows some Omega 3 amino acid preacher he's a alright guy there hardly preached about you have to search YouTube to find the Larry wheels is popular to the simplicity of his training steroid use just uses a basic 3 day a week full body work out with squats benchs rows a few little exercises on Mon Friday and deadlifts wensday basically same old. 5x5 thats always worked for 50 yes that people still refuse to believe works I train basically the same way but don't squat right now

Larry wheels claims to use around a gram if test and 150mg androl which is a strong cycle. H itis program is hardly new people have been claiming it's the best way for 40yrs bodybuiders tend to not like training that way. It the same program I have given everyone I have trained with good success my kid benched 300 at 16 on that same workout. I don't hear people talk about it all the time Larry Williams basically just took the same old workout from 50yrs ago and showed it still works I don't know why people don't understand it's the easiest way

Mon squat 5x5 bench 5x5 row 5x5 chins, tricep pushdown

Wensday
Deadlift
Legpress
Standing over head press

Friday same as Monday Maybe closegrip bench instead it floor press

With a few curls dips and whatever threw in when ever he tends to do a lot of tricep pushdowns
