I usually don't listen to The "Joe Rogan heated debate" clips because they're almost always Joe arguing about marijuana, but was making pancakes and just let this clip play in the background so I wasn't really paying much attention until it got to the end and I was informed that if you are pooping and peeing at is because you are eating too much food.

I was in rehab once with a girl who didn't poop or pee(I was in because of benzos).  She was rude to everyone except for me for some reason.  At the time I was dating a Korean girl that was a dancer in a K pop group.  She was jealous but the two actually became friends a few years later.  Crazy world.  Anyways, the girl that didn't poop or pee obviously had a disorder so I wouldn't believe too much on this one.

Stupidest thing I ever heard, when I was 14 and Very sick with colitis for weeks on end I ate one slice of bread a day with some beef paste spread on and still was never off the fucking toilet
