I had some experience with this. I used to go to a Christen gym because it was cheap. It was either $1 to drop in or you could pray for 5 minutes and go for free; I only paid on Fridays.
Now the big question is did it do anything? I suppose it had a bit of a medicating affect on my workouts. It cleared my mind a bit. My workout were definitely more focused.
Did my muscles get bigger? No... Had I prayed to the God Crom it might have been different but it is too late now. I am done with my praying phase.

When it comes to "bodybuilding", this is the absolute dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Seriously. The dumbest thing. If you believe praying will "make your muscles bigger", you have a learning disability.

Even just using the words/verbage "will make your muscles bigger" tells me the person is either uneducated or has some mental retardation going on.
