If I were to move to an Asian country, Saigon (ho chi Minh) would be one of my top 3 or 4 choices, especially since its cheap.. Along with Bangkok/pattaya.  Maybe Laos (Vientiane, where my 1st daughter and 1st baby momma live).

 Shanghai and Japan (Tokyo or Osaka or Kyoto) are much more expensive. I'd have to win the lottery or be taking in a couple hundred K a yr.... Same with Singapore.

Bangkok and Pattaya are my favourites, but Saigon and Vietnam I thought was terrible, worst place I've ever visited.

Is it possible to import stuff from Tailand, mainly from the Pharmacies?

Possible to ship anything if the shipper knows what he's doing. But you'd need to know somebody there to buy it first and ship it. Not aware of any Thai pharma sites.
