Of course.

He’d occasionally gas himself into oblivion and resemble a hypertense tomato.

Like, stroke out at any minute.

Good memories.

I remember going to Toronto Pro once 10+ years ago. At the theater lobby were bunch of pros and other bodybuilders at their booths. Then Scott Able walked in. He was fucking HUGE and more impressive than anyone in that building. As they say, pros look good in photos etc. but may not be the more impressive in person. Scott Abel was IMPRESSIVE that day. He's clearly shrunk now but you can't stay huge forever unless you have hebrew genetics like Dexter or Levrone.

Another Canadian drug guru with a roided pro wife. He had a good physique and a degree from Queen's University which is considered a good school in Canada. He tried to come off like a doctor with his specially labelled training which was just moderate weight, feel each rep, high volume stuff. Musclemag gave him too much publicity.

At one time he had Bob Weatherill (ex-IFBB pro) eating several pizzas each day. Like, stuffing his face.

Bob was sweating constantly and had the complexion of a greasy doughnut.

Funniest was this bonehead sitting at Toronto Maple Leaf hockey games in a wifebeater in the middle of winter .... Looking like a ripe tomatoe about to blow ..... They use to show him on tv for comic relief

I was in attendance with him at some meeting for ... something (can’t remember), and the man was so red and pressurized I swear we figured he’d drop before its end.

That’s great - you strike me as a decent person

Still doesn’t make him clever - especially following such stupid advice
Hopefully he learnt to think critically about advice given.

Was it the SWIS symposium--one of them symposia in which people pay a thousand bucks to learn how to bench press or how to eat healthily--where you saw Scott Abel about to pass out. I remember a T-mag article about it and said Abel huffing and puffing?

I remember the MM articles in which he wrote as if he was some bodybuilding mad scientist who had some unique secrets about training and diet. Some of his articles were unreadable.

I honestly cannot remember. Sorry.
