Matts a real prep coach, he has testimonials of people he has prepped on his insta, not just pics of a gaping leg wound and videos of himself crying over a road traffic victim.

Prep coach=Drug dealer.  Prep coach?  Who in the fuck needs a prep coach?  If you're too retarded to structure your own diet, then you shouldn't be competing.  Everyone moron in the gym that doesn't even compete is on Facebook talking about their coach.  Since when does bodybuilding require a coach?    The funny thing is these same people that are coaches don't know shit.  They have a coach themselves that they get a diet from, then they turn around and give the same workout and diet to their clients while charging them out the ass for it, and the clients are to stupid to realize it.  I guess walking around saying so and so is your coach makes people feel important, or like they belong to something.  Pathetic.

he is actually everything, whatever the topic or thread, hes done it, not only has he done it he has done it bigger and better than anyone else in the thread.

I think this is where its naive to think you couldn’t place high or win upper amateur show without a knowledgeable coach. It’s just not diet anymore. I like what he has to say.

He did some posts/vids on running var but didn't follow his prep. His lipid panel was not good after the 37.7 mg pd of var cycle with test.

Not sure why with lipid issues the guy was eating high fat keto.
