I don't have Instagram, but from what I gather from this site and seeing the folks who use it, it's a bunch of narcissistic people all circle jerking each other. That a person such as a bodybuilder or "fitness celebrity" (oh brother  ) would have more than a washed up athlete is no surprise to me.

Add to that an endless list of hashtags and you have a generation of internet-kids that think their lives matter, whilst their life spirals down into depression and self-loathing.

In their defense, they’re probably making more than from IG than almost anyone that has a job they hate. So if anyone thinks that social media is a waste, you need to keep up.

Yes, because it's a pathetic marketing game.
No, because it brings him business. I've talked to multiple successful PTs/coaches over the years and all of them get most of their new clients via social media. This goes for most services or products, most potential clients start their 'journey' with some Googling, Facebooking or IG-ing.
