I watched an old video of him benching from the early 90s I believe.  He says he is 290 pounds and eats a lot of double cheeseburgers.  Not surprising he is 58 now and his heart is giving out.  I still hope he recovers.  He seems like a good person.  He was really chill in the video back when he was younger.  All the yelling now is just marketing hype for his channel I think.

Genetic and lifestyle, i think he mentioned that everyone of his close family members have died of heart failiure around the same age he is now including on the womens side.

In that case, he made great lifestyle choices considering this known genetic background.
