FACE SHIELDS - SA CO. - SUPER TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I run in the cold and purchased a face shield from Amazon, it is very handy to have. I like them so much that I decided to order more. I went to SA Company ( Boca Based ) as they have a tremendous selection . . . WHAT A SHITTY EXPERIENCE.

I ordered over a month ago ( to Canada ) and they have not arrived. I have contacted them via their live chat ( when its working ) on three occasions and on each was told to "hold on, they'll get there." I have received no apologies, no follow up communication and no offer to resend or refund my money.

Has anyone else had a similar INCREDIBLY SHITTY CONSUMER EXPERIENCE?

I do recommend purchasing a treadmill or stationary bike to do cardio in the cold months.
