That guy pic is from 2000 which is when he was already on the downward slope. He was far larger and more impressive in 1997/1998, so that says a lot that he was still able to achieve that kind of size in the offseason in 2000, yet he didn't seem to bring it to the stage on the day of (not like he had in 97 and 98 at least).
