Jews haven't managed to historically oppress Italians, so to say they own everything is not accurate. I would say that, just like how they have won about 27% of Nobel Prizes, that Jews literally own 27% of all property in the world. So for example, 27% of the infrastructure that you say is likely owned by someone of Jewish ancestry.
In other words, Jewish ownership of industry - like Jewish ownership of mass media and investment banks - is massively disproportionate. Do Jews "own everything". No - absolutely not.
For example, I own multiple houses. They are mine. They have no debt. I own them. No one else does. But even though I own them, other people are living in them. Other people are directing what impact those houses have on the environment and on society on the whole. So even though I own those houses, that is not to say that I am the primary driver of the impact those houses have. If I have a tenant who sets fire to my house and the next five houses south of it burn down, can it really be said that I caused that fire? I don't think so. So even though I "own" the houses, I am not the only one involved in the influence that those houses have on society.
It's like that with Jewish "control" of assets. Even though they "own" a disproportionate amount of property in general - and it is "disproportionate influence, not full "control" - they don't own the entire world.
As I said, since we can clearly trace that Jews won 27% of all Nobel Prizes despite being only 0.2% of the population, I would argue that a similar disproportionate figure holds for Jewish property ownership.
It's disproportionate to be sure - Jews hold the greatest "pound for pound" influence in most things - but it is not full control. And that's a relevant distinction.
I think Caucasians "control" more of the world, albeit even though our per-capita influence is not as grand as Jews.
