I cant understand how being fat makes you stronger, it obviously does because they are all fat and when they slim down they are not as strong.Fat hinders muscle contraction so really it should make you weaker.Odd...
They are fat & water logged from very very high amounts of Testosterone Heavier they are the less percentage of body weight they are lifting Plus the benefit of their body weight inertia transfer Also the fat / water = thicker joints making for better leverages / bio- mechanics
Obviously he is crazy strong to even get into place and hold with one hand but would not call that a db press.He dipped and used a lot of momentum to go up,why not just drop the weight and do a real db press.Once again he is crazy strong but ehh.
