Everything you wrote is wrong, when you are trying to gain mass the only person who should stay away from cardio is a skinny ectomorph who has problems gaining weight, creatine has nothing to do with fat buring, the only thing creatine does is increase the amount of water you store in the muscle similar to when you eat a lot of carbs, that is a totally different thing from burning fat.

That technique is only recommended to advanced lifters, so be careful. Also playing Creed "My Sacrifice" before all your heavy lifts has clinically shown to increase strength and performance.
