Guess it would depend if he's a dick and if I was going to benefit financially somehow.  Of course, if that were the case, I could simply kill him and steal his shit which is more primal and less faggy political.  

So no.  You shouldn't get him fired.  Murder him and rob him.  It's the honest choice.

Not if they did not do anything wrong.

And for them to have done something wrong it would have to have some serious substance like if he were stealing, a pedo, really threatening to people. By real I mean as in he is using some kid of blackmail on an underling or he is physically threatening for no reason at all towards someone. If he was doing those things to me personally I would try to take care of that kind of shit one on one first in the very least but if he was doing that to someone, and I mean REAL, not purported taken out of context snowflake stuff then yes fuck him, or her for that matter

and when I also say serious I don't mean because he yells sometimes or he told someone they looked nice today or even if he asked someone out on a date.

I think we have taken that kind of shit off the rails these days and ruining people over nonsense, lies and half truths

B) I doubt whoever replaced him would be as good to work with
C) I don't want his job
