Ordered one of this bad boys for around $60.00
Amazon fire stick with kodi  17.6 ..

Until you get busted for cable theft.  Those things are sold here at the flea market.  Best to get Stripe or something else

Its only illegal to download..... NOT illegal to stream content.

As well firestick processor isn't fast enough for the 720/1080p streams..

No way to get PPV from Kodi

Its like Napster.   You're stealing content plain and simple with those devices and very soon, companies are going to be filing mass lawsuits against anyone who uses the devices.  Would be very easy as Amazon Fire Sticks literally have GPS software in it.   Doesn't matter if you download or stream...its a same thing 


If you want to save money, get SlingTV, PS Vue, or if you don't wish to pay anything, get one of those new long range antennas

Good start but I would of recommend a plain android box wth 2GB Ram and up-gradable as far as Android goes.

New versions of Kodi sometimes require the Andoid OS to be upgraded first.

Not worth it to me. I have five TVs hooked up, internet, and phone service for $150 a month. That seems fair to me.

No, he's right, you really do not know what you're talking about.

They all use the same shit, whether it is a fire stick or a chinese product.  

The tracking has nothing to do with your end device.  If you were ever caught (and it is highly unlikely you will be), it would be based on first taking the source down or being a faux source.

Tracking is based on your IP (or VPN->you), not your client.  Your unmarked product from china means fuck all.

millions of people used Amazon fire sticks. They would have banned them by now if it was that bad for business.

Satellite TV is on the way out. The move is towards streaming services.

If not for live sport, satellite TV would almost be dead now.

Yup I dropped direct Tv and got a firestick my wife and I pay 20 a month for sling tv. We save a lot of money and we always have stuff too watch.

The Firesticks are not banned...its the illegal content being downloaded and its only a matter of time before Jeff Bevos makes a list of everyone with illegal content and sells the information to companies like Sony to file mass lawsuits.


There's no reason to steal....you can get apps like PlutoTV and Crackle for free, Amazon Video comes with your Prime membership.....hook up a high range fucking antenna so you can get local stations and that's all you really need.  You've have free and legal service......  

You can get Netflix, Hulu, or SlingTV if you want but why bother with all the content you get from just what I named.   Why pay for local channels that your house can pick up, you can pick up 30-40 local HD channels with an antenna in most location??? Most people already have Amazon Prime.   PlutoTV and Crackle is awesome.   If you need to watch more TV, that's your business but I got better things to do with my life

I get MLB.TV each year and I Google Chromecast YouTube onto my big screen and that's all my TV time.  (Just need to find a way to watch Colombia's World Cup matches in June/July.)
