Just came across this photo. 30 years ago. 1988 Olympia prep. A few weeks out. You just dont see guys looking like this anymore. THIS....is classic physique. Amazing how we now have a so-called "Classic physique" division...yet nobody in those shows comes anywhere near close to this. And this photo was 30 years ago.

incredible,he was diced the contest shots he flattened out a bit his arms were not as thick like here,either way he got 3rd I wonder if he could have got second looking this'weeks'out look?

He also tore his pec at some point, although it was very difficult to notice. It messed with his head a lot and partially let to his early retirement.

Worked with Berry back then and I gotta say that is is a true and genuine gentleman within the bodybuilding world.

I was in the gym one day around ‘90 when Berry walked in with Jim Quinn. The WBF guys were in town (Toronto) for some promotion.

Both fellas were terrific, and Berry, in particular, looked unreal. Like a superhero.
