Bobby D at one time was one of the best actors in the business. He morphed his body in Raging Bull and got into exceptional shape for Cape Fear. His movies early in his career where the standards others hoped to achieve. Having said that, I don't begrudge an actor who has proven to be exceptional deviating from their normal quality of film to take a movie that puts them outside their comfort zone. He had that chance in the Fokkers movies.. but he has tainted his legacy with some god awful choices of late and it's sad to watch. He can't possibly need the money or fame. He should have taken a page from Steve Perry and left us wanting more instead of wanting him to just stop.

Yeah, I respect Harvey because he hasn't completely flipped. He has some ho-hum stuff, but it doesn't come off like a total money grab like DeNiro. Pacino is right in the middle for me, he's got his just there for the paycheck films, but he also throws in enough halfway decent and good serious stuff to be forgiven.
