ThoughtsBasically, I thought this was a neat little product. It contains 5 G's of di-creatine malate which I prefer to creatine monohydrate and it doesn't give me toxicity concerns like creatine ethyl ester does. Also has effective doses of Glucosamine and Chondroitin at over a gram for each ingredient. All of these ingredients are pretty proven, and you should know what they do, that being said this is the first product I have seen that combines them. It makes a nice all-in-one staple kind of supp. I received the fruit punch flavor and just like the whey, I couldn't believe the flavor. Everything mixed pretty well, and it tasted very good, but it wasn't overly sweet, so I could definitely stand drinking this everyday. I would definitely buy this product.
