Can’t believe I used to walk around this big

Obviously most guys would say the size is impressive but looking back I think people probably thought I was an idiot. ;D

Currently about ten pounds down Im doing an hour of cardio a day and looking much better. Cut my calories in half

Can you spot me?  ;D

10lbs is like missing 2 carb meals. If u wanted to drop size of expect you'd need more than 10lbs to make any differance visually

it does, I used it and its changed the way I react to sun in a massive way, I took ages to tan before, I only need about six sun beds now and Im dark.

Haha guys I am not black  :). I am Italian and Jewish, I can get very dark. If i don’t go out in the sun I am a pretty pale guy. Even whiter than the above pic. I live in La I tan year round (naturally) I avoid those tanning salons like the plague

Was going to try some in an attempt to hide sun damaged skin that’s more obvious in the winter months but fuck that if the effects are permenant, tan very easy as it is don’t want to be stuck as a darkie

you go pale if you stay out the sun, its just you tan quicker when you go in it afterwards.
