The fact that he's even "working" for Trump is a scandal
Same goes for his idiot daughter. Neither one has any qualifications for the job and neither one has been able to obtain a security clearing. In fact there are many people in the Trump Administration who still don't have a full security clearance.
If this were the Clinton administration and Hillary hired Chelsea and her husband as advisors the right wing media would be losing their collective minds, even more so if we were a year into the administration and still no security clearance.
I don't think there is a Republican on this board who would be OK with this situation if it were a Democratic Administration littered with relatives who aren't qualified and can't even get a security clearance and I would be in agreement with them too.
The Washington Post reported that four countries -- the United Arab Emirates, China, Israel and Mexico -- had engaged in private discussions about Kushner as a potential target for manipulation due to his complex personal financial issues and his relative inexperience in foreign affairs. That same story reported that Kushner had contacts with officials of foreign governments without informing national security adviser H.R. McMaster, a break in protocol considered a no-no in diplomatic circles.
This paragraph from the Post story is particularly striking:
"Within the White House, Kushner's lack of government experience and his business debt were seen from the beginning of his tenure as potential points of leverage that foreign governments could use to influence him, the current and former officials said."
