The way they're making Cena looks so desperate, it sounds as if they're setting up Cena to put his career on the line, just to get on the card.

Who would be his opponent? My first guess would be Randy Orton. Who else has beaten Cena more than he has? "All it takes is ONE RKO!!"

As of now, the rumor is Cena versus Ray Mysterio.
Undertaker is to banged up age and injury wise to wrestle. Again, this is just the talk floating around. Orton is rumored to face Bobby Roode for the US title.

Cena and Mysterio is hardly 'Mania worthy. The one match I remember them having was the WWE title match, where Mysterio (after winning the tournament on RAW) had to defend the title against Cena that same night.

Cena won, only to have CM Punk return with the WWE title belt he won from Cena at the MITB pay-per-view earlier that month. Thus, we had 2 WWE champions.

he should retire already, he's probably worth billions of dollars, when is he going to enjoy his money?

If I had to make the call I would have Samoa Joe interfere at Fastlane costing Cena the Match and having Cena vs Joe. They've never wrestled before and it would definitely attract some wrestling enthusiasts.

Samoa Joe is on Smackdown? I must have missed that. I can see a renewed rivalry between John Cena and Baron Corbin. That has some history and 'Mania would be the ideal place to settle it, especially if it's a career-ending match for Cena.

No, Joe is on Raw but Cena is doing the "free agent" thing were he can do both shows which is a good thing because my 6 year old got to see him at Smackdown when they came to my neck of the woods last August. Corbin IMO is very under rated as a talent. They should utilize him more.

For God's sake don't let it be Orton.  That is one dude that does not deserve the never ending push they give him.  I think he must suck Vince off or something.

2 other names floating around as to who may face Cena at WrestleMania are Bautista and C.M.Punk. Punk always said he felt duped by WWE out of never getting to headline a WrestleMania show and Bautista's last 3 month comeback was a farce. Had they made him return heel it would have worked. Vince does what's best for business and never say never....Bret, Bruno, Warrior and Dusty are perfect examples.

Does Punk have enough time to get into "ring shape?"

I speak from experience: it takes the body time to (re)acclimate to bumping again after a layoff. Even running the ropes can be quite painful.
And, Punk doesn't have a whole lot of "padding," if you know what I mean.

Honestly Monte, who knows. It was just a rumor but he has been training regularly splitting time between his homes in Chicago and Minnesota. After a UFC attempt he may just consider coming back if the $$$ are good. McMahon has always done what is best for the business. Bruno, Warrior and Savage going in the HOF were perfect examples of that.

That would be interesting considering they will soon be brother in-laws. Is Bryan even cleared to actually wrestle one match?

So, now we will see Taker job to Cena at Mania?

Is that really necessary?

After all that emotional mess we endured after 'Taker lost to Reigns last year, the Deadman simply took a year off (as usual) and is going to face Cena?

What's the point?

Personally I think he should have retired after the streak ended with Lesner. It was a perfect setting. Its not like he needs the money ffs.

Without the streak, what's the point of Taker doing anything at WrestleMania?

Exactly, the streak was the only thing that was the interesting factor. Once it was broken, that's when he should have hung it up and even the streak was becoming way to predictable. Was it necessary for him to come back to face Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns?
