Exactly, the streak was the only thing that was the interesting factor. Once it was broken, that's when he should have hung it up and even the streak was becoming way to predictable. Was it necessary for him to come back to face Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns?

Big time. It became way to predictable after that. Just like in the Michaels versus Undertaker part 2 case. We all know common sense wise that when its a career versus streak match, the guy who's career is on the line is losing. Even his rounds with HHH. We all knew HHH was losing. No brainer. Element of surprise was gone.

The first two matches with 'Taker and Helmsley were good. In fact, I wish the ending for the second one was used for 'Taker vs. Lesnar at WM30. Only, I would have used a cheap school-boy roll up. Have the Deadman BARELY beat Lesnar to keep the streak intact. Then Lesnar goes nuts and beats 'Taker to a pulp, sending him to the hospital (which unfortunately happened for real).

There are rumors floating around now as well that he may wrestle that last match in his American Badass biker gimmick.

I'm happy the streak ended.  However, it should have ended with Lesner.  For the next match with Roman, he should have pounded Roman into dog shit and won decisively.  Now the streak means absolutely nothing with Roman holding a win in that column.

Agreed 100%. I think he should have called it quits after the loss to Lesner. He was only doing WM shows at that point anyway. It boils down to what Paul Heymen said about a lot of these aging wrestlers in the sense that they are so desperately holding and clutching/clinging to their spots. God forbid should they give the younger talent a break.
