Females training only lower body

This is literally all I see them train at my gym.  It's laughable.  90 percent of them are doing exercises like awkward lunges with one foot on a bench.  These 2 girls at the gym last night were doing squats for about 45 minutes set after set after set.  Not once did I notice them exerting any real effort.  I think they had a 10 and a 5 on each side of the bar.  This phenomenon is ridiculous and these women need to understand that unless they know how to train, they need to go back to their Jane Fonda aerobics area of the gym.  When I want to stare at them I'll go over and do abs by the cardio section.

I see a lot of them stand with their feet under the smith machine bar thats locked on the bottom.  Then they do a weird looking squat holding a weight extended out with their hands lol.

I've noticed this too. They are probably afraid that they will get too big overnight if they do any upper body, instantly discrediting any actual fitness knowledge they have. Yet they wear their expensive, matching workout outfits and beg for attention while concurrently being vile, unapproachable bitches.

I understand that point, but there is a big difference between a she beast and a woman that trains her upper body.  A little development looks nice.  These women training at my gym not only neglect upper body, but they don't even know how to train their lower body.  I mainly got all pissed the other night because I wanted the squat rack and the two generation nothing females were occupying it for a long time and, in my opinion, accomplished nothing.

It's just a simple abductor exercise. Just have to look at the anatomy of it.

Yeah I'm sure its beneficial, I was just commenting on the fact this is done by the same women who squat with a 10 and 5 on the bar. The warm up is seriously 5 steps in to the left and right.

What's the band called?

I use bands all the time, perfect for warming up and pumping up backstage.

I have no problem with bands, they are very beneficial for many different purposes, you know what you're doing when it comes to weight training though. I was just trying to be cool and make fun of how others are using them.
