How many guys only train upper body?  Huge percentage of the upper body crowd only bench and do biceps too. Some guys really believe the bench is the only measure of strength where I would argue it's one of the worse.

I remember being out of breath training back and this one bench/curl guy told me I'm out of shape. Looking at this bench king  he couldn't jog around a block without oxygen.

I've noticed this too. They are probably afraid that they will get too big overnight if they do any upper body, instantly discrediting any actual fitness knowledge they have. Yet they wear their expensive, matching workout outfits and beg for attention while concurrently being vile, unapproachable bitches.

yeah, there have always been cute outfits for chicks to workout in depending on the fashion of the era we are in, but lately I am noticing more and more the women working out today have become the formerly sucked into every fad and buy it teenage boys that were so the rage on bodybuilding.com back in the day.

They all have the matching sneakers, socks, perfect tights, t-shirt plus tank worn over t-shirt, giant headphones, weight belt, gloves and typically pink shaker bottle or one that matches the outfit.

Don't get me wrong, alot of them put in some effort in the gym, but a few things I notice...
-they probably spend several thousand dollars a year on outfits and sneakers they will only wear to the gym every other week, versus the $4-500 a year on memberships
-lot of white girls doing leg workouts that are 100% ass workouts on not enough work with the quads/hamstring and calves
-lots of early twenty-somethings who popped some anavar and clen, popped out a bit of deltoid and are now "experts",
