Time for a break from the caffeine?
« on: March 03, 2018, 12:29:14 PM »
Long story short, I've been waking up earlier than usual for the past few weeks, and I notice that I get a strange kind of brain fog right after my morning caffeine intake. I drink over a gallon of water a day, so I don't think it's a matter of hydration. Should I go cold turkey for a while?

I think CT over caffeine could throw a real hurt on you.  Might be better to do daily reduction.  Also, maybe check that you're sleeping as well as you'd hope.  The fog could be related to trouble on that front.

Purge, one thing you can do is set a recorder (phone recorder even) near to you while you sleep.  Wait til you have the time to go over it, then listen real well over many spots on the recording.
