Coach and Straw will have to let us know the macro breakdown of Swamp Rat, and if it will be good for a prep! In all seriousness, just use the feces covered corpse of a homeless as bait to lure them in - and, Eureka!, you have an organic, free-range Swamp Rat. However, don't let the swamp rat attempt to eat the corpse. Chances are it will be HIV positive. Also watch your step for all the used needles.
