After Ronnie, accomplishments wise, I'd say Lee Haney, Dorian Yates or Arnold. As for who had the best on stage build at their absolute best... I'd go with prime Flex.

at his best he had the most complete body, you have to nitpick his flaws, i can find tons of glaring flaws with the rest of them

If you compare those in the context of their era then Arnold will be King. But who is the best of all time then it would be Ronnie. Now who comes in second is a tough one. My choice would be prime Dorian.

A tie between Arnold and Bill Pearl.  Pearl I think was actually better than Arnold, light years ahead of anybody at 1972(?) Universe (no schmoe-mo).

Mike Ohearn.  Tall handsome dude, always in shape.  Blockbuster actor.  Charity worker.  Inclines 400 plus and gets millions to believe he's natural.  He's a lock for second best, maybe all around best ever.
