"Shall not be infringed"

Good luck with that one going forward.

Especially if Trump can replace Kennedy and Ginsburg on The Supreme Court.

Good start. Hope other states will follow suit.

Oregon becomes first state to add new gun law since Parkland shooting Oregon Gov. Kate Brown (D) signed a bill into law Monday that blocks convicted domestic abusers from owning guns, making the state the first to add a new gun safety law since the mass shooting in Parkland, Fla., last month, Huffington Post reported.

Agreed. More sensible gun laws, at the minimum.

Then raise the minimum age for military draft to 21 as well. Be consistent.

Here are a few facts:

1. The shooting was a staged event, and this is why the police officers never entered. Because it was a cover up.
2. The ultimate goal is gun control and confiscation.
3. The goal is not to save lives, it is to control lives and eventually bring about a globalist world.
4. The white race has no future in a globalist world. Believe what you want but this is a fact. There will be a few token whites left as you find with Native Americans but as a whole the group will be reduced to nothing and for all purposes wiped out.

People better wake up and realize you are dealing with traitors and evil fake jews. It is time to focus on the traitors. They are the cause of the problem.

Yep. Too few know/believe.

I have been researching this stuff myself and unfortunately feel you are right. This seems to be the direction we are heading I just hope more people wake up and realise before it's too late.

When was the last time you had to defend yourself, others or your property with a gun? In the last 73 years, I've never had to, which is good because I don't own any guns. My rights are intact. I could legally purchase a gun tomorrow if I wanted to.

What's missing here? If you are a felon you can't legally get one anyways.

Never had to but you might want to ask one of the thousands each year that has? Because it hasn't happened to you personally gives you the right to violate others rights? Interesting approach....

Kinda depends on whether it's a felony or a misdemeanor. Even then, it's a bit of a bugaboo because there is no cut and dry way to know what's considered serious enough to be a felony. A judge makes that determination.

The most common misdemeanor Domestic Violence charges are Assault IV (Assault 4), Harassment, and Strangulation.  The most common felony Domestic Violence charges are Coercion, Assault IV Felony (Felony Assault 4), Kidnapping, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.

The legislature also agreed that Oregon courts may now restore convicted felons' rights to possess a gun a year after probation supervision has ended. However, no restoration of rights is available for those convicted of violent felonies involving firearms or the misdemeanor offenses previously noted.Jan 16, 2017

Why aren't gun nutters pissed off that machine guns are illegal? Does the constitution say you can't own certain guns? Government is already restricting your rights.  That doesn't make you pissed?

How do you feel about banning cars? Since cars kill a lot more people than private guns owned by citizens in the USA. Trying to understand where you are coming from. If you really want to save lives then you should focus on cars.

I really have never been able to understand how an old person could still be left leaning. Usually as people become older they wise up and become more conservative. Maybe you are just a lost case or a dead end in evolution? Either way you are a curious case that should be observed in a lab under a microscope. I bet scientists would find out a lot after examining you.

I'm all for taking action....but unfortunately nothing can be done at this point other than damage control in my opinion.  We, as a society, have crossed a threshold and increased violence is a new normal.  I suppose some new laws may be able to make some impact, but the real issue is there are a lot of angry people who are fucked up in the head.  Social media and people living their lives 100% of the time "online" has exposed the horrors and people are set off much easier today.  I don't think these gun laws will have much, if any effect.  I'm not a gun guy, so maybe someone can answer this question.

Wouldn't it be pretty easy to walk into a classroom with a couple basic handguns and kill 15-20 people with minimal training and shooting ability??

 ??? ???

"Florida prohibits any person from owning or having in his or her care, custody, possession, or control any machine gun which is, or may readily be made, operable. This prohibition does not apply to antique firearms or firearms that are lawfully owned and possessed under provisions of federal law."

"NFA weapons are weapons that are heavily restricted at a federal level by the National Firearms Act of 1934 and the Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986. These include automatic firearms (such as machine guns), short-barreled shotguns, and short-barreled rifles."

Heavily restricted, which means you just can't walk into Walmart and buy one like you can with other guns. Hence, the government greatly restricting what you can own?

Why are they allowed to heavily restrict the purchase of machine guns but not a rifle? Does the constitution say certain guns should be more restricted when compared to others?

Yeah, they have been pushing for a long time to ultimately expand the NICS into including ALL Americans who are on ANY kind of govt assistance.

If you get SSI, SSDI, SS, Medicare, Medicaid, EBT/food stamps, etc, the Jews want to make it illegal for you to buy/own/handle any sort of firearm, ammo, and ultimately even stuff like airsoft gear or stuff like knives.

The ultimate goal is a law like in Australia where if you own/carry ANY item that could be used as a weapon, you get arrested.

If you are seen with a piece of steel pipe, and a cop thinks it MIGHT be used as a weapon, you get arrested and "disappear".

The Second Amendment is a big roadblock, but the Jews have discovered that the govt can simply ignore the constitution, and since they are backed by an army and we're not, they can get away with it.

Been about 19-20 years now. Like the old saying goes "I'd rather have my gun and never need it, than need one and not have it"
As far as you purchasing a gun tomorrow...you must be mentally stable to purchase a gun on Oregon.  :)
