Hoist Fitness Roc-It Technology Line

This has been mentioned before. What do you think about the rocking motion when doing certain exercises? Does it help you? I think it feels weird.

just another fad/take-off the nautilus machines..... would have to try to truly evaluate it's effectiveness...does seem strange though.

In most cases those 'new' inventions make zero sense, but I would love to try these variable resistance machines from Prime

It's probably fine, but there are also tons of ways to do this at a fraction of the machine's cost.

I have a few of these. 25% of the line is excellent, the other 75% doesn't quite work as well as it should. Any of their rowing / leg curl devices are fun to play around with.

I don't really like that Roc It gimmick.  Especially the leg extension, it's like there is only resistance at the top 1/10th of the movement.

Yes, the strength curve adjustments on the pulldowns / presses aren't that great TBH.

I think they'll get better if they're given enough time, but their numbers will have to improve more I suspect otherwise they will go the way of Strive, who they took over.
