5. His decision on transgender troops strikes me as the most repugnant thing that he’s done. He announced in a fit of caprice a decision with apparently no prior thought. Seemingly with the sole goal of mollifying his base, he doubled down on his bigotry and discriminatory practices when called out on them. This isn’t an area that he explicitly staked out as his during the campaign, like his racism or misogyny, but nevertheless he forged ahead in his attempts to denigrate an already persecuted group. 4. It’s a challenge to separate the awful things he’s said (Charlottesville, embracing dictators like Vladimir Putin and Rodrigo Duterte) with the awful things he’s actually done or tried to do. But to me the worst thing he’s done has been to show utter disdain for the truth. It started on his first full day in office in front of the CIA wall, and it continues to this day. A representative example would be the bogus “voter fraud” panel that is dangerous in all sorts of ways. (3,675 votes) – Rick Kronberg, 45, Livingston, N.J.

He has embraced Putin? In what way? Killing a couple hundred Russians in Syria a couple of weeks ago. He took out their artillery, tanks, mortars and rockets. Putin down plays it by saying they were Russian mercenaries. Really?  mercenaries have access to Russian tanks, artillery, planes and rockets?  Maybe he embraced Putin by opening up energy production that is putting us on track to be the number one energy producer and oil producer in the world in under a decade. Let me remind everyone the number one source of wealth for Russia is oil and weapons.

Transgendered Troops? The sky is falling and your concerned with people who join the Army to get a free government paid for sex change? That must be a real high priority for Californians.

The trade deal we have with Europe and China is a one way street. I don't even have to elaborate on this one.

Threatening to destroy North Korea that first threatened to hit America  and it's allies with nuclear weapons is exactly the kind of thing that bought North Korea to the negotiating table. Trump also parked the US Navy in his back yard and threatened sanctions on any country that would trade with North Korea. That's how I would expect the America I grew up in to deal with a country that threatened to kill our families.

Demonizing the press?  CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, NY Times, Washington Post and all the rest did everything they could to get Hillary elected. It was non stop and every day propaganda and biased reporting. The NY Times even apologized after the election.  We live in Orwellian times when the news providers and owners of social media are trying to guide the masses to their ideology of progressive liberalism.

You have to stop copying and pasting propaganda. Stop being guided like a useful idiot by those in control of the flow of information for their bidding.

CNN faced $100M lawsuit over botched Russia story

The specter of a $100 million libel suit scared CNN into retracting a poorly reported story that slimed an ally of President Trump’s — and forcing out the staffers responsible for it, The Post has learned.

The cable network’s coverage of Trump transition team member Anthony Scaramucci came amid federal scrutiny of corporate parent Time Warner’s pending purchase by AT&T — and the widespread belief among media execs that CNN President Jeff Zucker can’t survive a merger.

CNN immediately caved after Scaramucci, a financier and frequent network guest, cried foul and threatened to take legal action, sources said Tuesday.

Scaramucci got an unusual public apology but still hired a top Manhattan lawyer to put further pressure on CNN and “look after [his] interests in this matter,” one source said.

Sources also said the three journalists responsible for the retracted story — reporter Tom Frank, editor Eric Lichtblau and Lex Haris, who headed the CNN Investigates unit — were urged to resign.
