Based on what I've seen from bodybuilding in the last few years, grapefruit aside, Kai Greene was better than everybody currently competing.

He was saying he’s still looking for his first win this year....

Dexters the type of physique and mindset isn’t just getting 2nd or 3rd at shows other than the O, he’s used to winning everything and this is a sign for him

Next to boner and Roelly dexters body must be burned out, weird looking left arm, quads seem to be shrinking and overall he has that “tired” look

I was surprised at how good Hide looked. I didn't expect him to look so dialled in.

Abdominals getting that turtle shell/carapace look and his back is thin in spots, but he does surprisingly well in the open.

Dex is starting to look "stringy". Look at his delts and arms compared to 2-4 years ago. And calves disappear.

I've met/seen him a couple of times and he's only a tad shorter than me (I'm 6'0). He's a bit shy, but a good guy

From pics I thought hide looked better, more dialed in than Reilly, who looked watery.

I thought bonac looked dialed in as well.

Would've had bonac, hide, really, then dex.

Dexs legs are looking thin, his midsection pushed out and he looked like Flex did when he did his comeback last year.

I have a hard time believing dex would be going heavy enough, especially on biceps, to tear something. I would've guessed an infection in the bicep. Cellulitis or something.
