Hidetada making strides working with Milos Sarcev again. Hide looks good for his age. Dexter is slowly fading due to age, but still looks amazing. Roelly however looked perfect here, perfect balance between conditioning and fullness, he could beat Phil Heath and win the Mr olympia if he looks like this again for the Olympia

Roelly needs to drastically improve his back and conditioning before he can be compared to Phil. Right now, the only body part he gives Phil a run for is arms. But, Phil has more detail in his arms

Top 3 looked great.  Roelly was a deserving winner.

I've got nothing but love for Kevin Levrone.  But I daresay he did not meet his goal of looking better than the 2016 Olympia at this show.  He was bigger, but not in as good of condition.
