1. hair - use rogaine and nizoral shampoo. rogaine (foam) use it 3x a week and use nizoral shampoo shampoo 3x a week (leave in your hair for 5 minutes in the shower) then rinse out
2. use sun screen everyday 2x a day - even in the winter
3. use RX retin A (.05 retin ) no fancy BS creams, just use .05 retin. start out 1x a week, then slowly work up to 2x, 3x, days a week. insurance companies wont cover it cuz it is cosmetic so buy it in mexico etc etc or online
4. get blood work several times a year
5. dont waste your time Chinese HGH (blue tops or yellow tops)- save up and only use RX grade hgh - wait till your are in 40s
6. Hot saunas are proven to be huge beneficial 15-20 minutes 3x a week is ideal -
7. focus on getting good sleep - hell consider a CPAP machine if you are heavy or dont sleep well
8. healthy fats x10 (olive oil, macadamia oil, avocados, MCT)
