The swelling and inflammation and lack of cuts in his arm are indicative of a partial muscle tear. That's all it is.

To dexters defense before this year and the shows he competed in aside from the O, he was still winning and making some decent cash

But after these few shows I agree, needs to reevaluate things now and see if it’s worth it
