He doesn't remember what he posted ten minutes ago.

I saw him walking around at the arnold classic expo

If that is the case, is there a possibility that Gregg partied during the Arnold Classic expo weekend and thus triggered a cardiovascular death, or another form of instant death?

I think people are something like 4x more likely to suffer a heart attack in the 60 minute period after marijuana is consumed.  Don't quote me on that - with modern strains of marijuana containing up to 10x the THC as that which was available 45+ years ago, I can't even determine whether or not we even have evidence regarding the effects of what we should maybe distinguish as being "Millennial Marijuana" or something like that.

As for coke, most North American coke isn't even coke.  Or, put another way, it is "also coke", as it *also* contains coke - in addition to Levamisole [since 2001], and heaven knows what else.  I suspect the post-use effects of either individual sessions or larger bouts/benders would lead to an increased likelihood of a sudden death.

I have read that people do tend to die more on their birthdays...so it would not surprise me if Gregg did die after partying at an expo - or if someone else has in the past, or will in the future.

Maybe I should bump my post asking which Getbiggers do recreational drugs.  I also think now may be the time to reevaluate the question regarding the overall long-term safety of the requirements to be competitive in professional bodybuilding.

Do you remember the 2004 HBO Bryant Gumbel documentary where John Romano was 44 at the time and said that he had been using steroids for 20 years [if I recall correctly], and that if they were so bad for you, something should have happened to him?

I think I watched that documentary in 2005, and was only 23 at the time.  What Romano was saying was very compelling to me, but is 44 even very old?  To me, being 36 now, I would say "No, not really."

In the documentary, John also asked "Where are the bodies?"  Well...fast forward 14 years later, and I think we can all answer that...

An update on that topic is needed.  I'm happy that the IFBB accommodated by creating the 212-lb division in 2007, followed by the Men's Physique division, and now the Classic Physique division.  I think that these divisions are basically the IFBB's way of saying "Regardless of how large or small your steroid stack, there is a division for you!"

I don't believe that Greg passed away as there is no mention about his demise on the net nor on the Musclesport website.

And for anyone who doubts that he is/was a millionaire ... it might help to read the following ....

"Gregg Valentino is a worldwide famous professional athlete, fitness and nutrition specialist, and media personality, who has appeared in many movies and top TV shows, including Jay Leno’s “Tonight Show”, Carson Daly’s “Last Call”, The Tyra Banks Show, and Fox Business News “Happy Hour”, to name a few.  He is the author of two bestselling books and over 500 fitness-magazine articles.

He is currently the managing editor of MuscleSport Magazine, which is available as both a printed and online magazine. He is also the co-host of the MuscleSport Magazine Radio Show.  In the course of his career, he has built from scratch, owned, staffed, operated and managed three gyms in Westchester County, New York, and has also consulted in the construction, operation and staffing of six other gyms.

Furthermore, he is a Scientific Management of Anatomic and Responsive Training (S.M.A.R.T.) certified personal trainer and has been a fitness instructor since 1982."

And ... although Greg does/did not  represent  my own personal dea of physical fitness and health .... he is/was respected by many thrtoughout the world!

I hope he is doing well.

??? Being on some talk shows because he mutilated his body and editing a magazine no one has ever heard of doesn't prove he's a millionaire.

I recall him being on a couple RX muscle vids talking about what he got paid for writing for MD for like $2-3k/month and less than that.for musclesport... He's living check to. Check and far from s millionare.

Also, I believe he an Joe had a falling out at musclesport. Maybe they've fixed the issues and he's back with them, but like i said, I believe he's nowhere near a Millionare

What?  No mention of this - so I am assuming not a true rumor.

Did see Gregg at the 2018 Arnold Classic expo
