Here is my perception of what happened. Trump doesn't read anything and certainly didn't read the bill. Most of the lawmakers didn't read the bill. He always intended on signing whatever they presented because he just doesn't know enough to articulate not signing something both parties agreed on. But he wants the ability to say he wasn't on board and only reluctantly agreed if it goes to shit. If it doesn't he will just talk of it as the "bill he signed".

The only upside to this is that since this is an omnibus and not a budget, he can pretty much allocate where ever he wants. But damn, $1.3 trillion..fuck🤦‍♂️

Yeah, ok. Let’s start with DACA. Trump gave libs what they wanted and they turned it down. Fuck em’. As far as the rest of your list, shit isn’t going to happen over night especially when you have a Congress constantly cock blocking him including this nominations. It’s delay tactics designed to make you think that he isn’t getting shit done but in reality he’s accomplished more than 60% of the issues he ran on and got elected for.
