Gold miners (GDX)got absolutely crushed today even in the face of this huge stock rally. I’m already short silver and am free rolling on the trade (Stop lose = Entry point) but I can see a big drop for Gold and the Gold Bugs getting ass raped yet again.

It just retraced the biggest point loss which happened one day prior. Look at the prices of the big banks: citibank and Wells Fargo are down over 40% from recent highs. That’s more than just a correction.

I haven’t been calling for a crash here for three years. I’m just going with what I’m seeing now and it’s not good.

Usually when the fed does something dramatic there’s a rally which eventually peters out but I’ve never seen the market immediately tank.

Why not wait until this blows over and the price of silver goes back up? Investing is all about greed. Why do it otherwise and why not make the most of your investment?
