Zoom in on Finland in Google Maps - they have a bunch of island cities, lol. Some of them comprise Swedish-speaking Finnish people, and others are actual Swedes, comprising little autonomous islands, technically under Finnish rule. I find it fascinating.
But Finland is something like 95% Finnish, and has no interest in divershitty. Denmark is pretty awful as far as "tolerance" is concerned, so I agree with you there. But personally I would replace Finland with Norway.

It was 93 % back in the 90s, but MUCH has changed over the course of a few years.
Back in the 90s, i used to travel to these islands quite often, 1-2 times a month.
