His shoulders are gonna be screaming in a few years.I remember being stupid and hitting front raises with 80s for a few months many yyears are ago and I have a feeling it contributed quite a bit to my fucked shoulders.

OSF, excellent question. Perhaps life is all about moderation, so the best answer would be "somewhere in the middle." If the shorts are pulled down too low, one cannot perform the lift. Likewise, if the short are pulled up too much, one cannot perform the lift. Brad would do himself good by staying in the middle ground.

Hands down, Brad would destroy O'Hearn. Brad is probably on less drugs than O'Hearn and way stronger.
