OSF, excellent question. Perhaps life is all about moderation, so the best answer would be "somewhere in the middle." If the shorts are pulled down too low, one cannot perform the lift. Likewise, if the short are pulled up too much, one cannot perform the lift. Brad would do himself good by staying in the middle ground.

Hands down, Brad would destroy O'Hearn. Brad is probably on less drugs than O'Hearn and way stronger.

Bro his lifts are fake. Tons of powerlifters have offered him 10k to come down  and prove his lifts in person and he refuses. The guy could easily hold a meet and get 10-20 guys throw in 10k....Why not shut up the haters and walk away with a couple hundred grand in the process lol

Mike’s lifts on the other hand are all legit

The plates are real. Many have verified this. However, his form and the manner he does his lifts wouldn't be accepted in any PL federation so he knows the numbers he records would be considerably less then what he does in the gym.

My mate down the pub says his uncles sisters son who trains in his garage lifts far heavier weights
and has the videos to prove it He can break every world powerlifting & olympic lifting record
only he don't want to compete & prove his strength.

says he has trained with Dingleberry and the poundages he used mere warm up weights for him
I believe Him - He also sold me a bridge & has got some very rare Black dusty moon rock for sale
at a good price....

This has been discussed here a few times over the years. Several posters here including Dante Trudel (Doggcrapp) and Ryan Dewitt (liquid_c) go the same gym as Bradley and have confirmed the plates are real. You can message them if you don't believe it. Here's what they said:

LOL yea thats exactly what I said....jesus....""Brad has decided to never juice, he's going to concentrate on football" or something like that"......ok...thats not what i said but who cares........ Oh man I cant even believe im talking about this guy again....why do i even bother. Let me straighten everyone out here ok.

a)He is 29-30 years old now. He weighs about 245-255 now. Back when he was 19-21 he was competing at 192-203 or something like that. He swore to me he was natural at that bodyweight....and his training partners swore it to me too. Obviously he is blasting nowadays. To make Van Bilderass happy Im going to say this "he was probably straight out bullshitting me" back then...I really dont care but seeing Van Bilderass bring this up every year for the last decade, there you go....you are right, I am wrong. He was probably lying to me. He is much bigger now and much leaner now than back then but he was probably lying his ass off...ok now that that is out of the way.

b) Nobody here in San Diego give a crap about this guy like people on the internet do. Yea its annoying as hell what he does and how he acts in his videos....he isnt making good money....Instagram likes and followers does not equal money made

c) He is ungodly strong. Yea its pretty shocking how strong he is at that lean of a bodyweight. He is starting to get injured more and more so its probably going to come back at him as he gets into his 30's

d) There is no fake weights here. Dont take my word for it, he isnt hard to find as someone else said on this thread.....there was just a thread on this on Geard up newsgroup where 4 other people who lift in the same gyms besides me said the same thing. You could not bring fake weights into these gyms. The picture of him in front of the squat rack...thats 24 hour fitness on sycamore in vista. You would have to walk thru the parking lot with fake weights, past the front desk, thru the TRX section, up two flights of stairs, and then all the way the length of the gym to get to the squat rack with fake weights in front of everyone in the gym to get there. It is not happening

e) He cannot bench 675. He cannot squat whatever is on the bar in front of the squat rack picture. There are no fake weights here. He is not hard to find..he lifts at 10am in the morning at 3-4 gyms here in North County San Diego. I lifted in the same gym with him for 10 years at the same time, I couldnt even count how many times ive seen him train. He doesnt even bring in a gym bag nevermind fake weights...the only thing Ive ever seen him walk thru the front door with is a phone...thats it. I have seen him deadlift 7 plates each side for reps probably 40 times. I have seen him do 4-5 plates plus each side on the bench press probably 200 times. I have seen him do 4 plate plus inclines probably 200 times. I know ive seen him do a 495 incline for i think 2 reps. Ive seen him do dips with five 45's on the dip belt. Ive seen him do 3 plates each side on ez bar tricep extensions for reps.....and a bunch of other stuff. He has insane genetics for strength and jumping ability.

f) his diet sucks...every single guy reading this post would have 25-30lbs more muscle mass on himself with this guys genetics because his diet to gain muscle mass is awful. But his genetics allow him to make gains but he should be much bigger. His triceps arent great...and in person he is much smaller than a IFBB pro of the same height. Regardless he is seriously strong. But again any getbigger who knows how to eat would be bigger with this guys genetic gifts. Its not fair but it is what it is.

g) Ok here is the gist of it. He does super spotting and half reps. I have no idea why he feels 500lbs lifted by himself in the bench press is not impressive but I guess he does. So these pictures and videos you see he is doing super spotting...which mean his training partner is pulling up the bar by 150-200lbs on the bench and doing the same if not more on the squats. That is it explained....they are pulling up on the bar and making it look like he is lifting way more than he can actually lift. I have no idea why he does it...i guess for instagram likes or whatever....but that is what is going on.

This video right here is exactly what is going on....I cannot even explain it any more clearer. The weights are real...but there is serious super spotting going on. Its been going on for years and years.

How many times do we need to go over this.  The plates are 100% real.  They don't make fake crappy hexagon style 24 hour fitness plates that I have ever seen or been able to find.  Not to mention trying to carry them around with you and bring into the gym. If you're already strong, a spotter helping the whole way down and up makes a mega difference.  It's all about the spot and don't even begin with the spotter can't help that much.  I don't know what to tell you if you believe that.  Bradley Martin already demonstrated this doing the exact same weight with a spotter with about the exact same effort.  Brad is very strong.  No where near 675 raw bench strong, but very strong.
