Ok che, long post here, but just skip to the paragraph before the links I post if you don't want to read it all.  Then check out the links.

That would be true if it was a comparison between a MALE fighter, and just about any other non-fight trained MALE.  So for example, Georges St-Pierre would beat Brian Shaw in a fight, regardless of the massive disparity in power and strength.

I wrestled a 125-lb female wrestler who had a huge high school background in wrestling, and went to the world championships for karate, and had been qualifying for such tournaments since 2006, when she was 13.

Neither of us were trying our hardest, but both of us were trying.

So it was a world level female karate competitor with an extensive wrestling background in a wrestling match with a national level lightweight [170-lb] strongman competitor [I won the CAASA Ontario provincials in the lightweight class in 2017, qualified for Nationals in Nova Scotia, but did not enter, as I did not feel that my training was on point.  If I am going to compete with the 20 best 170-lb strongmen in CANADA, I would want to place at least 18th, if not higher.  I don't want to go there and place last, and have people wonder what I was doing there.  I would want to beat at least a couple of national level guys, to show that I am at that level.  But not being sure of that, I decided to stay home - and to avoid potential injury.  Again, my training was not on point.

As you said, I do not have [much] fighting experience.  I do have some from training that I took when I was a doorman in my days working for bar and shag security.  But that was minimal.  I held my own on the job, but only because I was dealing with normal people.  So it's not like I have some delusion that just because I can bench press 315 for 8 reps at 175-lb that I can knock out trained fighters.  I know better than that.  But women are nowhere near men, in strength, speed, or any athletic terms to speak of.  Very few exceptions exist where the disparity is anything short of massive - and usually those sports are the least testosterone-driven of the sports, such as distance running.

I am only strong for my size - and being strong alone will help when fighting non-fight trained people.  It won't help very much - or at all - if you are fighting someone who has trained in fighting.

Normally, even a small/light man who is not strong but is trained in fighting will be able to beat a much bigger and stronger man who has no formal training in fighting.  But I am not speaking about a man here - I am speaking about a woman.

I initially thought that Floyd Mayweather did not want to fight Ronda Rousey due to her ground game - but I don't think that is why he dodged that fight.  I think it was because no matter what the outcome, he would lose.  If he won the fight, people would say "You just beat a girl."  And if he lost the fight...LOL.  Think about how devastating that would be for his legacy.  Although it would show people how much more practical MMA is than boxing, in overall fighting terms.

Back to that girl who I mentioned that I wrestled - I did not pin her.  However, nor did she pin me.  So here I was wrestling a world class 125-lb female karate fighter with an extensive wrestling background to boot, and she was unable to pin me, despite the fact that I have very little experience with fighting at all - and literally zero experience in wrestling.

In fact, the best female teams in the world - literally the Olympic level teams comprising all women - are generally beaten by excellent boy's teams.  And we are speaking about literally boy's teams.  As in, high level [albeit not WORLD level, and generally not even close to world level] boys teams comprised of boys who are 14 or 15 years old will beat the best female teams in the world.  So you will have a boy's team that may qualify to play at the state level beating the absolute best girl's team in the world.

The bottom line is this - the disparities in strength, speed, and athleticism between men and women is not even close.  In fact, it's not even close to not even being close.  So if a world level female soccer player is not even as good as a state level 14-year-old boy in the same position, why would we think that a female UFC fighter would be able to beat the top 14-year-old MMA trained boy in the world?  And if the top female fighters are only at that level, is it REALLY so hard to believe that a national level lightweight strongman who bench presses 340 would be able to beat that 14-year-old boy, just due to strength advantages?  I think people are wildly overestimating how good the women are.  My money is on teenage male MMA fighters being able to beat ANY of the top women in the UFC.  I'm NOT saying that myself or another fit/strong untrained man would be able to beat the UFC female fighters - but I also don't think they could hurt me very much either.  This is eye-opening stuff right here, showing just how big the disparity is between men and women in athletics/sports:

Great wall of text of peace.

 ;D

I know - who the f*ck reads that?  In truth - some do though, which I find cool.  I'm flattering.  I'm glad some do.  :) 8)

But back to my question - how tough are these female fighters?  I suspect they are nowhere remotely close to the male fighters - of any weight class - but what about compared to average fit/strong men?

I just don't see 114-lb women being able to generate enough power to be able to do much of anything in a fight, even if that fight is with men who don't know how to fight, who are only strong.  I suspect the strength and testosterone advantages would be a lot for a small female fighter to overcome.

So...am I onto something there?  Or is there nothing to that?

If strong and skilled a small female will take out an average fit guy.

In the jails it can sometimes take 3-4 male guards to subdue a female inmate.

I think in the real world, males will underestime the female and its highly likely they get taken by surprise.

The top female fighters arent your normal women, they are the crazy outliers. An average fit guy wont compare.

There are so many streaming football venues now, not all are good. Many websites there are too many pop up ads, that's really annoying me.
I used to watch streaming on Sky Sports reviewed by https://streamingsites.com/premium-sports-streaming-sites/ , it is paid but the picture quality i HD. So satisfied when watching football, because if the picture
it's clearer it's fun watching it. Especially watching while eating snacks, really comfortable.
