Eastern Europe is mostly a shit hole but they're still hung(a)ry which can't be said about he typical overfed American or faggy European.
We got a lot of eastern European immigrants here and they're viable backup against all these 3rd worlders which have been settling here since the 60ies. Populations rise and fall, in better times many people scale back their reproduction while in worse times the instincts kick through.
It's normal for Hungary because they do not have breeders being imported which skew the statistics. It's also nice if you've got less people and more resources for the remaining citizens. Quality vs Quantity unless you want cannon fodder.
