my current split is day 1: chest/back/delts/traps, day 2: treadmill, calves abs, day 3: bis/tris/forearms day 4: quads, hams, lower back, calves day 5: rest or cardio (usually rest)
yesterday was arms:
Close Grip Bench - 4 sets after warmup
alternated with
BB Curls (straight bar) - 4 sets
Incline DB Curl: 3 sets
alternated
Standing French Press (plate loading curl bar) 3 sets
pressdown (straight bar) 2 sets
alternated
cable preacher (straight bar) 2 sets
following exercise is tri-set
wrist curl (straight bar) 4 sets
alternated with seated underknee wrist curl (same bar a wrist curls) 4sets
alternated with dumbell cross body hammer curl (drop sets) 2 set
reverse curl cambered bar - 2 sets
