I had a buddy get popped for this. He took a piss down South after doing some hurricane cleanup. The waitress looks out the window of the restaraunt and said he was exposing himself to her. He got a few months in jail and spent close to $50,000 to get out of the felony charge. He's white btw.

That would have been a class C misdemeanor in most places. The equivalent of a speeding ticket. In fact,  he would have been issued a citation if that. Were you with your buddy or did he tell you the story? Because if there was sexual gratification involved, vs just urinating, it is a different charge.

Starbucks, Police And Mayor Respond To Controversial Arrest Of 2 Black Men In Philly

A video that's now amassed almost 7 million views on Twitter depicts police officers handcuffing two black men in a Philadelphia Starbucks.

Onlookers in the background are incredulous.

"What did they do?" one man asks.

"They didn't do anything," a woman responds. "I saw the entire thing."
In a video statement streamed on Facebook Live from the Philadelphia Police Department's page, Commissioner Richard Ross confirmed that on Thursday afternoon at 4:40 p.m., Philadelphia police received a 911 call from the Starbucks at 18th and Spruce Streets alleging disturbance and trespassing.

When police arrived, two Starbucks employees told them two men had asked to use the restroom but were told they couldn't because they hadn't purchased anything. The men allegedly refused to leave after being asked by Starbucks employees. Ross also said the two men refused to leave after being asked three times by police officers.

So, Ross says, officers arrested the men. The attorney for the two men, Lauren Wimmer, told the Philadelphia Inquirer she received word that the two were being released from custody at 12:30 a.m. Friday, nearly eight hours after the initial 911 call. Ross confirmed that the officers released the men from custody after they discovered Starbucks was not planning to prosecute them.

This is a little ironic.  The only reason people want to go to Starbucks is because it's a safe zone for white people in the inner city.  If Starbucks allows the element in then it becomes like the rest of the hood.  I believe this is the point were theory meets reality.

I don't think it was a set up. I think it was a sense of entitlement. They felt entitled to sit there whether they bought anything or not. And maybe they were waiting for a friend before buying, but that option went out the window when they were asked to leave. When the cops came and your friend still wasn't there and they have told you that you have to leave per the managers request, the BLM feeling overwhelmed their common sense and they decided arrest was the better choice. I've been in those officers shoes 50 times. Most times, you can talk the people into leaving "Look, it's their business, the law is clear, they can make you leave. If you don't we have no choice but to arrest you. Why don't you meet your friend elsewhere and you can complain to the owner another time" most of time that works. Sometimes people are too stubborn and end up going to jail. I certainly would rather spend my time doing something else and I'm sure those officers were thinking the same thing.
