I would think anyone in this day and age would beat him silly he may master jujitsu but these guys today are all around fighters
Hmm? I always understood that Georges was considered a well-rounded fighter? Basically, I looked at the UFC as something that required a minimum of excellent wrestling + heavy hands. Johny Hendricks fit that mold, as did Stipe Miocic. But GSP had great Jiu-Jitsu, great wrestling, great karate, and was a fairly refined/technical striker, despite not being the strongest guy by any means.
Why do you say the guys today are above GSP in terms of being well-rounded? I would agree that the sport evolved, but even by today's standards, I think GSP in his prime would do quite well. I could be wrong though.
GSP aside, do you think Tyron Woodley would be able to make it to round two against Stipe Miocic?
